The Assessment Metrics section tells you how many questions were skipped and the amount of time it took you to complete the SAGE-SR.
The Downloads/Links section allows you to download a pdf of your report and view your individual responses. If you would like to view your report at a later date, you must download the PDF before leaving the page.
The Possible Diagnoses to Consider section identifies diagnoses for which you reported significant symptoms. The presence of a possible diagnosis does NOT mean that you have the diagnosis. Only a licensed clinician can make an actual diagnosis. If a red dot with an exclamation mark or a yellow dot with a question mark appears here, it means that it would be a good idea to have a clinician evaluate the associated symptoms in greater detail.
The Questions for Discussion section includes a list of topics that you have indicated you would like to discuss with a clinician. This section may serve as a reminder to you or, if you give this report to a clinician, this section may prompt the clinician to ask more about these topics.
The Endorsed Symptoms by Possible Diagnosis section shows which of the disorders are most likely to explain/match the set of symptoms you reported.
The answers you provide on the SAGE-SR assessment are kept anonymous and will never be associated with your name.
If you choose to download a copy of your report, the only way someone will know that it is yours is if you tell them.
Since we do not know who you are, we will be unable to provide you with the information again unless you keep your confidential account ID or if you choose to enter your email address into our optional account recovery system.
ADHD rarely occurs alone - up to 80% of adults with ADHD have at least one other mental health condition. The SAGE-SR helps identify these co-occurring conditions that might be affecting your symptoms or treatment response. This comprehensive understanding can help your healthcare provider develop a more effective treatment plan.
Yes! We designed the SAGE-SR with ADHD in mind. You can pause anytime and return within 7 days to complete it. The assessment adapts to your responses, so you'll only see relevant questions. Most people complete it in 15-25 minutes, and you can take breaks whenever needed.
Unlike simple online ADHD screeners, the SAGE-SR is a clinically-validated tool that provides comprehensive insights. It evaluates not just ADHD symptoms, but also conditions that can look like ADHD or affect its treatment. Your results come in a professional report format that healthcare providers recognize and trust.
Yes. The SAGE-SR provides an objective, detailed report of your symptoms that can help you advocate for yourself more effectively. Since it's scientifically validated and used by major research universities, healthcare providers often find it more credible than self-reported symptoms or online screening tools.
